Glenfiddich Project XX

Project XX (pronounced Twenty) is the second release of Glenfiddich's Experimental Series. It is composed of casks that were selected by "20 of the industry’s most exceptional minds", and includes whiskies aged in port pipes, American oak, and bourbon barrels. Bottled at 47%.

Nose: Fruitiness with hints of apple blossom and plump pear. A balance of rich vanilla oak with golden sugar and a touch of liquorice.

Palate: Mellow with candyfloss sweetness and notes of toasted almonds and cinnamon and a hint of tannin.

Finish: Long with a sweet oakiness.
