Launched in 2020 by Japan’s Yoshino Spirits Co and named after "Umi" (Japanese for ocean) and "ki" (Japanese for "tree"). Created by blending local ocean-side malt whiskies and grain whiskies from other countries (not disclosed) with pure filtered ocean water and finishing the blend in Japanese pine barrels. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Palate: A rounded floral taste on the palate.
Finish: A soothing freshness in the finish.
