Matured using the Spanish Solera method with old Spanish Sherry Casks, Oude Molen VS Cape Brandy has a consistently smooth taste with a unique European twist. The blend contains brandy between 3 and 6 years old.
Sherry, wood and walnut aromas mask a more subtle bouquet of apricot, sweet vanilla tropical fruit. The palate is full and fruity, with spices and a nutty, sherry-laden swallow. The finish is soft, fresh and long lasting.
